I, HIS MAJESTY CONSTANCIO A. SALVO, JR./DATU KULUBAN, by the Grace of Almighty God Royal Highness King of the Philippine Archipelago (Maharlika Islands), Supreme Chieftain/National Chieftain/Tribal President of all Tribal Datus and Indigenous Peoples/ICC’s of 110 Tribes, Tribal Babaylanon King from Generation to Generations,  

5 Star General of H-GOI/ Chief of Staff/ H-WORLD UN-PI,  

and the Head King of Queens Kingdom

In pursuant to the Royal Charter, Chapter 2, Clause 49 of the Maharlika Tribal Kingdom New Civil Society of Crown Corporation Sole.

HEREBY DECREE  

 

CHAPTER 1

GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

Section 1-

This Royal Decree defines the formation, use and purpose of the Traditional Tribal Medicine as the fundamental remedy for Contagious Diseases and Inoculation Side Effects to the human body of an indigenous individual, recognized and adopted by the United Nation Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples-Article 24, Sub-article 1, and Republic Act No. 8371-IPRA LAW, Chapter 6, Section 34 of the Philippine Republic.   

 

 

CHAPTER 2

COMPOSITION, USE, AND PURPOSE OF THE TRADITIONAL TRIBAL MEDICINE

 

Section 2-

The Traditional Tribal Medicine consists of the following remedies:

- Apugan Herbal Medicine

- RHK Natural Springs Mineral and Alkaline Water Medicine

 

a.) The Apugan Herbal Medicine hereafter referred to as “AHM”, an ashes made from different types of medicinal plants and trees that can cure human illnesses’. Such AHM can preserve the human body from toxic substances that go into the air and other chemical elements which penetrates the body. 

 

b.) AHM is a type of herbal medicine taught and inherited from our forefathers from ancient times that shall be reused for the benefit of the indigenous community in the Tribal Kingdom. 

 

c.) The RHK Natural Springs Mineral and Alkaline Water Medicine are types of water that comes from natural springs located in the territory of HMRHK, that have undergone water sterilization to capture and prevent microorganisms from translating into the water. The health and benefits of such water medicine shall be indicated on the label of the water bottle.

 

d.) AHM and RHK Natural Springs Mineral and Alkaline Water Medicine will be used in pairs and such shall be used for the health of the indigenous people of the Tribal Kingdom. 

 

e.) The Tribal Kings in every territory, municipality or city shall be assigned and responsible in distribution of the Traditional Tribal Medicine to the Tribal Members of the indigenous community. 

 

CHAPTER 3

PENALTY

 

Section 3-

  Any person or tribal member who commits violation of any of the provisions of this Royal Decree, such as, but not limited to, unauthorized disposition and reproduction of Traditional Tribal Medicine as stated in Section 2, Chapter 2 hereof, without the permission from the HMRHK, shall be punished in accordance with the customary laws and natural law of the Tribal Kingdom.

 

 

CHAPTER 4

FINAL PROVISION

 

Section 4-

All provisions of existing laws, decrees, and regulations contrary to or inconsistent with this Royal Decree are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

 

Section 5-

This Royal Decree shall take effect immediately.
