WHEREAS, upon the provisions of the Royal Decree No. 03-4 of 2018-The Tribal Kingdom Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (F.P.I.C.) Code, all programs, activities, or projects from the state government and its agencies, corporations, private persons, institutions, and foreign entities, shall undergo the F.P.I.C. process of the Tribal Kingdom prescribed in Chapter III and Chapter V of such Royal Decree;

  

WHEREAS, past administrations of the Philippine Republic uncomplied the F.P.I.C conduct of the Natural law, which resulted in yearly disasters and vanishments of our clans cursed by Mother Nature;     

 

WHEREAS, to prevent the continuing Tugpong/Tunglo of Mother Nature and disappearance of our clans due to the violations of the former administrations to the customary law/ or procedure/ F.P.I.C conduct;  

 

NOW, THEREFORE, I, HIS MAJESTY KING CONSTANCIO A. SALVO, J.R. /DATU KULUBAN, by the Grace of Almighty God Royal Highness King of the Philippine Archipelago (Maharlika Island), Supreme Chieftain/National Chieftain/Tribal President of all Tribal Datus and Indigenous Peoples/ICC's of 110 Tribes, Tribal Babaylanon King from Generation to Generations, 5 Star General of H-GOI/ Chief of Staff/ H-WORLD UN-PI, Head King of Queens Kingdom, and by Ratification of Tribal Sovereign Power on March 8, 2005, and the Covenant of Tribal Sovereign Power Authority on April 7, 2018, do hereby command the following that:   

 

1.  The Republic of the Philippines and its agencies shall respect the Natural Law of the Land and must undergo and comply the F.P.I.C process of the Tribal Kingdom per Royal Decree No. 03-4 of 2018.

 

2. The F.P.I.C conduct is part of the environmental protection process implemented by its natural representative.  

 

3. Failure to comply with the Tribal Kingdom's F.P.I.C process and its requirements may result in a curse or Tugpong/Tunglo of Mother Nature that vanishes the clan of any party/ or the person who willfully violates the customary law/or procedure.

 

4.   Any provisions contradicting or contravening this Command shall be considered void.

 

5.   This Command shall come into force.
