WHEREAS, in order to meet the proper qualifications of membership in the categories of Queens Kingdom, Royal Council, Babaylanon Tribal Kings, Territorial Tribal Kings, and Auxiliary Tribal Kings-A & B; and 

 

WHEREAS, to have a proper and efficient process of registration system to the above-mentioned categories of membership.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, I, HIS MAJESTY KING CONSTANCIO A. SALVO, JR. /DATU KULUBAN, by the Grace of Almighty God Royal Highness King of the Philippine Archipelago (Maharlika Islands), Supreme Chieftain/National Chieftain/Tribal President of all Tribal Datus and Indigenous Peoples/ICC’s of 110 Tribes, Tribal Babaylanon King from Generation to Generations, 5 Star General of H-GOI/ Chief of Staff/ H-WORLD UN-PI, Head King of Queens Kingdom, and by virtue of Ratification of Tribal Sovereign Power on March 8, 2005 and the Covenant of Tribal Sovereign Power Authority on April 7, 2018, do hereby command the following: 

 

Section 1. The title of this Royal Command shall be the “Policy of Preliminary Registration System for Tribal Kings and Tribal Queens Membership.

 

Section 2. The term “Tribal Kings” in this Royal Decree shall be consisted with the members of the Royal Council, Babaylanon Tribal Kings, Territorial Tribal Kings, and Auxiliary Tribal Kings-A & B. And the term “Tribal Queens” shall be composed of Executive Tribal Queens, Administrative Tribal Queens, Auxiliary Administrative Tribal Queens, Liaison Tribal Queens, Auxiliary Liaison Tribal Queens, Peace Maker Tribal Queens, Auxiliary Peace Maker Tribal Queens, Babaylan Tribal Queens, Ecclesiastical Spiritual Missionary Tribal Queens, Territorial Tribal Queens, and Auxiliary Tribal Queens A & B.   

 

Section 3. The qualifications of membership stated in the Tribal Kingdom By-laws, Clause 4, shall be applied to this Royal Command.

 

Section 4. The following process of preliminary registration system for Tribal Kings and Tribal Queens membership shall be complied;    

 

a.) Profile Registration. The profile registration of the membership of Tribal Kings and Tribal Queens shall be provided via registration on the official website of the Tribal Kingdom. The brief description of identity must include the name, customary name, tribe, age, present address, permanent address, profession/personal background, contact number, email address, social media accounts, category of membership, and recommender. Also, 2x2 identification picture shall be needed upon signing up.

 

b.) Evaluation Process. The evaluation process must be legal, ethical, transparent, and documented. The HMQ General Secretary of the Tribal Kingdom shall issue the method of evaluation process; 

 

c) Approval. The approval of membership for the coronation and declaration of Tribal Kings and Tribal Queens shall be approved by the H.M.R.H.K;

d.) Requirements. The requirements for the coronation and declaration of Tribal Kings and Tribal Queens shall be given separately via guidelines.  

 

Section 5. There shall be an evaluator on the preliminary registration of Tribal Kings and Tribal Queens. The evaluator must be appointed by the H.M.R.H.K., and such will evaluate based on the category of membership.  

 

Section 6. The preliminary data and evaluation form of the nominees for coronation and declaration of Tribal Kings and Tribal Queens shall be recorded at the Records Section.  

 

Section 7. Any provisions contradicting or contravening this Command shall be considered void.

 

Section 8. This Command shall be published in the Official Website of the Tribal Kingdom and shall come into force as from the date of publication.
