A.    The His Majesty Royal Highness King Constancio A. Salvo, Jr. / Datu Kuluban (“hereinafter referred to as the “H.M.R.H.K”) was crowned and enthroned on 7 April 2015. He succeeded the title, thru the inherited vital things that had been passed on to Him from his Maharlika ancestors as Sole Successor of the throne, and He was recognized as Tribal Babaylanon King from generation to generations, for being connected to the Divine Right of Kings.     

 

B.   On 26 August 2017 The President Republic of the Philippines ceded a Presidential Recognition Award to His Majesty Royal Highness King Constancio A. Salvo, Jr./ Datu Kuluban as the answer of the crying of the indigenous people, thru initiative support of PhilMedia team and KBP (“Kapisanan ng mga Broadcaster sa Pilipinas”) Chairman.

 

 C.    On 25 September 2017 All Tribal Kings of the Philippine Archipelago recognized His Majesty Royal Highness King Constancio A. Salvo, Jr. / Datu Kuluban as Our Sole and Absolute Ruler, and the Sovereignty resided to Him and had the supreme power to its people, government and territory.

 

D.     On the same day (25 September 2017) A Royal Decree No. 04/2017 had been enacted for the implementation of Crown Corporation Sole entire Philippine Archipelago, followed the Certificate of Recognition granted to His Majesty Royal Highness King Constancio A. Salvo, Jr./ Datu Kuluban as Our Head King of Queens Kingdom.

 

E.   The indigenous people Corporation Sole of Tribal King now called the Maharlika Tribal Kingdom New Civil Society of Crown Corporation Sole (hereinafter referred to as “the Tribal Kingdom”), was formed on 15 March 2018. 

 

F.   The H.M.R.H.K provides that there shall be a Charter to be used as the principle of governance and as a guide for implementation of Kingship Rules, Customary laws, and Natural laws by prescribing new mechanisms to strengthen the management of Tribal Kingdom.
