ANOINTION DAY 2021
Updated: Dec 1, 2021
The Anointion Day was celebrated last June 19, 2021 at Tribal Barangay Subangan, Dalirig, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. The said event was started with a Ritual called "Singampo" led by the Babaylanon Tribal King Datu Intampel, and after, this was followed by a field mass handled by the Executive Tribal King Staff on their Triple Bishop attire.
This is the first time that the ancient and modern method of rites has been bound together, and it was emphasized thru by our Royal Highness King Datu Kuluban, under His guidance and mandates.
Anointion Day is to give revelation on God's purposes in creating the world that thru by his selected and anointed people such purposes became materialized. Further, it symbolizes His creation of indigenous people and indigenous land, which are the reasons of eduction of BULALAKAW.
The "Bulalakaw" was the sign of seven colors of Rainbow in the sky and the reason why God's divided the Heaven and Earth, and such Bulalakaw (the Rainbow) was at the center of it as the emblem of God's law. This is why we will build our flag stand on the ground, so that we can show the face of the rainbow that symbolizes our obedience to the Bulalakaw, and belief in God as he created our nature and world.
Accordingly, we should continue to educate our children and all people who have not knowing the knowledge about the customs and traditions of the indigenous people.
