CHAPTER VII: Interpretation 

Clause 157.   In these By-laws, unless the contrary intention appears:

 

(a) “the Royal Charter” means the charter of the Tribal Kingdom granted by the H.M.R.H.K. on March 15, 2018; 

 

(b)  “The Tribal Kingdom” has the meaning given in clause 2 of the Royal Charter;  

 

(c)  “Sagrada Familia” means the Royal family or the family of H.M.R.H.K;

 

(d)  “HMQ” means a Her Majesty Queen;

 

(e)  “Tribal Court” has the meaning given in clause 53 of the Royal Charter;                 

 

(f) “Customary Law” means the traditional rules of the Lumads since time immemorial;

 

(g)  “Natural Law of the Land” means the belief that general laws of nature can be applied as a system of justice for all indigenous people of the Tribal Kingdom, regardless of their culture or customs;

 

(h)  “Sovereignty Protocols” means the procedure of the Divine Rights;

 

(i)   “H.M.R.H.K” has the meaning given in clause 25 of these By-laws;  

 

(j)   “Royal Prerogative” means the Sovereign power of H.M.R.H.K.;

 

(k)  “Tribal Kings, Tribal Majesty, and Tribal Queen” means the standard terms of all categories that have royalty positions; 

 

(l)   “The Queens Kingdom” has the meaning given in clause 40 of these By-laws;

 

(m)  “A & B” has the meaning given in clause 101(g)(h) of these By-Laws;

 

(n)   “Tribal Counselor” has the meaning given in clause 55 of the Royal Charter.

 

(o)   “Lumads” the native language term of indigenous people. 

 

(p)   “Royal Command” means the directive order of H.M.R.H.K.

 

(q) “Royal Decree” means the rules, regulations, code, and policies officially executed by H.M.R.H.K.
