Clause 63.  The Tribal Kingdom may by the initiative of the H.M.R.H.K, the Royal Council shall prepare the draft By-laws for the regulation of the Tribal Kingdom, amend and add to those By-laws and shall present it to the H.M.R.H.K for His consideration and approval.   

 

Clause 64.    Alterations to the by-laws do not take effect until approved by the H.M.R.H.K.

   

Clause 65.   The By-laws Amendment shall have the force of law upon its publication in the Official Website of the Tribal Kingdom.

Clause 66.      The By-laws appended to this Royal Charter are the By-laws of the Tribal Kingdom.
