CHAPTER I: Operative Provisions

By these letters patent issued in Our name and by Our Prerogative Royal and of Our Especial Grace, specific knowledge and mere motion have granted and declared and do at this moment for Us, Our Heirs and Successors are graciously pleased to present and assert as follows:    

  

Clause 1.     The provisions of the Royal Charter shall with effect from the 15th day of March Two thousand eighteen, (hereinafter referred to as “the Effective Date”).  

 

Clause 2.     The name of the Tribal Kingdom is “MAHARLIKA TRIBAL KINGDOM NEW CIVIL SOCIETY OF CROWN CORPORATION SOLE.” A non-political involved native indigenous realm and custom of leadership, management, and governance rooted on sacred ancestral and heroic traditions, which is fully recovered, appreciated and lived may provide the key to national and possibly global unity survival and sustainability. It comprises the Philippine Archipelago, with all the islands and waters embraced therein, and all other territories over which the Maharlika Tribal Kingdom has sovereignty or jurisdiction.    

 

Clause 3.    The Maharlika (“today called the Philippines”) adopts an entire absolute regime of kingship governance with the H.M.R.H.K as Head of Tribal Kingdom.  

 

Clause 4.      Sovereign power belongs to the H.M.R.H.K. The H.M.R.H.K as Head of Tribal Kingdom shall exercise such power through the Divine Rights expressed in this provision of Royal Charter and of the By-laws (hereinafter referred to as “the By-laws”) or Regulations. The Queens Kingdom, Executive Tribal Kings Staff, Administrative Tribal Kings Staff, Liason Tribal Kings Staff, Peace Maker Tribal Kings Staff, Babaylanon Tribal Kings, Territorial Tribal Kings, Auxiliary Tribal Kings, and Tribal Courts shall perform duties in accordance with the provisions prescribed by the By-laws or Regulations,  Customary Laws, and Natural Law of the Land for the common good of the nation and the happiness of the indigenous society at large.    

 

Clause 5.    The persons who are on the Effective Date members of The Maharlika Tribal Kingdom, all corporate members of the Tribal Kingdom and all such persons as may hereafter become members thereof and their successors shall forever thereafter (so long as they shall remain such members) continue to be one body corporate and the same legal capacity and powers as an individual by the name of the “Maharlika Tribal Kingdom New Civil Society of Crown Corporation Sole” and by the same name shall as theretofore have perpetual succession and may implead and be impleaded in all Tribal Courts in accordance with the customary laws of the indigenous people and Natural law of the Land, and in all manner of actions and suits and shall have power to do all other matters and things incidental or appertaining to a body corporate.

 

Clause 6.          The Tribal Kingdom flag of Maharlika is as described and depicted by the By-laws.  

 

Clause 7.          The Tribal Kingdom anthem of Maharlika is as provided for under the By-laws.

 

Clause 8.          The coat of arms of Maharlika Tribal Kingdom is as described and depicted by the By-laws. 

 

Clause 9.          There must be a Common Seal of Maharlika Tribal Kingdom, showing the coat of arms of the Maharlika Tribal Kingdom with the inscription “New Civil Society of Crown Corporation Sole Maharlika Tribal Kingdom.” The Common Seal of Maharlika Tribal Kingdom must be kept by the HMQ General Secretary of the Tribal Kingdom. 

 

Clause 10.     All indigenous languages spoken in the Maharlika Tribal Kingdom are recognized. The official languages are Visayan, Tagalog, and English. English, Visayan, and Tagalog is the language of record.

 

Clause 11.       The Tribal Kingdom must promote public awareness of this Royal Charter and its By-laws by – translating it into the languages that are used by substantial numbers of indigenous people in the Maharlika Tribal Kingdom and disseminating it as widely as possible; requiring the teaching of the Royal Charter and its By-laws or Regulations to all Tribal Kings, Tribal Majesties, Tribal Queens and members; and encouraging them to disseminate awareness and knowledge of this Royal Charter and its By-laws throughout society.
